Hi! I'm Chris Arensdorf

I spent 8 years at Amazon as a senior engineer and Bar Raiser, part of the top 1% of interviewers trusted to uphold the company's hiring bar. I led 500+ interviews across AWS and Amazon Robotics, where decisions weren't made on instinct but instead they were driven by structured loops, calibrated rubrics, and consistent data capture. With over 15 years of experience building large-scale systems, I now specialize in helping companies build autonomous, repeatable interview systems. I hold a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Boston University and an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, cooking, baking, skiing, hiking, and tennis.
